Lauren Ashley Carter

Lauren Ashley Carter is an American actress and producer. She grew up in Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati - College-Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dramatic Performance in 2008. Known for her love of horror and science fiction, Carter has appeared in various horror films and TV shows. Her performance in Jug Face was praised by Variety, while The New York Times described her acting in The Woman as dexterously understated. In addition to her acting career, Carter has also written about her experiences in the industry. In 2014, she played Ruth in The Human Race Theatre Company's production of Miracle On South Division Street at the Loft Theatre in Dayton, Ohio.
