Laurie Holden Biography
Heather Laurie Holden, born on December 17, 1969, is a Canadian-American actress, producer, and human rights activist. She gained recognition for her roles as Marita Covarrubias in The X-Files (1996–2002), Andrea Harrison in AMC's The Walking Dead (2010–2013, 2020–2022), and Amanda Dumfries in The Mist (2007). Additionally, Holden has appeared in films such as The Majestic (2001) and Silent Hill (2006), as well as TV shows including The Shield (2008) and The Americans (2017-2018). She also portrayed the Crimson Countess in Vought News Network: Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman (2021) and The Boys (2022). Born in Los Angeles and raised in Toronto, Holden holds dual citizenship in the United States and Canada. She began her acting career at a young age and has since established herself as a versatile and talented performer.
