Lea van Acken

Lea van Acken is a German actress born on 20 February 1999. She made her debut on stage at the Karl May Festival in Bad Segeberg in 2011. In 2014, she rose to prominence as the leading actress in the drama film 'Stations of the Cross,' directed by Dietrich Brüggemann, which earned a Silver Bear at the 64th Berlin International Film Festival. She later appeared in a minor role in the fifth season of the series 'Homeland' set in Germany. In 2016, she portrayed Holocaust victim Anne Frank in the German production 'Das Tagebuch der Anne Frank.' Van Acken also features in the German Netflix series 'Dark' as Silja Tiedemann. She is represented by the agency Players.
