Leanne Best

Leanne Best (born 15 June 1979) is an English actress known for her roles in various films and TV shows. She trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and currently resides in southwest London. Best is recognized for her portrayal of Jane Cobden in the BBC series Ripper Street and Celia Donnelly in Fortitude. In 2014, she played the title role of 'The Woman in Black' in the film The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death. Best also appeared as Min Sakul in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015). She recently appeared in the ITV comedy series Cold Feet and Line of Duty series 3. Leanne Best's work has been praised and she continues to make a mark in the industry.
