Lee Wilkof Biography
Lee Wilkof is an American actor known for his prolific career on both stage and screen. Born on June 25, 1951, in Canton, Ohio, Wilkof has appeared in over 125 films and television roles since 1973. He has also showcased his talent in 10 Broadway productions as well as in resident and regional theaters across the United States. Wilkof graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1972 and later studied acting with Austin Pendleton in New York City. In 1982, he achieved recognition for his leading role as Seymour in the original Off-Broadway production of 'Little Shop of Horrors.' Wilkof has also ventured into directing, helming the film 'No Pay, Nudity,' which features a star-studded cast including Nathan Lane, Gabriel Byrne, and Frances Conroy.
