Leigh-Allyn Baker (born March 13, 1972) is an American actress. She is known for her recurring roles on Charmed and as Ellen on Will & Grace. Baker gained popularity for her starring role as Amy Duncan on the Disney Channel sitcom Good Luck Charlie. Additionally, she provided the voice of Abby on the Nickelodeon series Back at the Barnyard. Baker has also lent her voice to video games such as Star Trek and X-Men. She has made guest appearances on television shows including That '70s Show, Early Edition, and Yes, Dear. In 1996, Baker starred in the short-lived sitcom The Last Frontier and voiced Lu Zhi in the game Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer.
