Leo Rossi Biography
Leo Rossi is an American actor, writer, and producer, born on June 26, 1946. With more than 100 credits to his name, he is well-known as Vincent 'Budd' Scarlotti, the foul-mouthed EMT in the 1981 horror film Halloween II. He also gained recognition for portraying the serial killer Turkell in the 1990 horror sequel Maniac Cop 2 and Detective Sam Dietz in the Relentless franchise. Some of his other notable films include Heart Like a Wheel (1983), River's Edge (1986), The Accused (1988), Analyze This (1999), One Night at McCool's (2001), and 10th & Wolf (2006). Rossi began his career with small roles and gradually made his mark in the industry.
