Lera Lynn

Lera Lynn is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and actress. Born on December 5, 1984, in Houston, Texas, she was raised in Georgia. Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Georgia. In 2011, she released her first LP titled 'Have You Met Lera Lynn.' She gained recognition for her work on the second season of the crime drama series 'True Detective,' where she collaborated with songwriter and music producer T Bone Burnett. Lynn's tracks were included on singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash's 2018 album 'She Remembers Everything.' Additionally, Nic Pizzolatto, the creator of 'True Detective,' cast Lynn as a recurring character in the show. Lynn's 2016 album 'Resistor' received positive reviews.
