Leslie Barrett (October 30, 1919 – June 8, 2010) was an American actor known for his work on Broadway, feature films, and television. Born Leslie Klein in Staten Island, New York City, on October 30, 1919, he attended George Washington High School before changing his name to Leslie Barrett in 1937. Barrett made his professional acting debut in 1937 and went on to appear in numerous original Broadway productions. Some of his notable stage performances include The Primrose Path (1939), Rhinoceros (1961), and The Dresser (1981). In addition to his stage work, Barrett also had a presence in feature films and television shows. He co-founded the American Mime Theatre in 1952.
