Leslie Kritzer

Leslie Kritzer is an American singer and musical theatre actress. Born on May 24, 1977, in Manhattan, she was raised in Livingston, New Jersey. Kritzer is of Jewish and Puerto Rican descent and was raised Catholic. She graduated from Livingston High School in 1995 and later obtained a degree from the University of Cincinnati – College-Conservatory of Music in 1999. Kritzer has appeared on Broadway in productions like Hairspray and Legally Blonde, and off-Broadway in shows such as The Great American Trailer Park Musical and Godspell. Her regional credits include performances in Vanities, Babes in Arms, Grease, and Funny Girl. Kritzer garnered attention for her portrayal of Patti LuPone in Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches. She received a Drama Desk nomination in 2006 for her outstanding work.
