Lewis Fitz-Gerald Biography
Lewis Fitz-Gerald (born 15 November 1958) is an Australian actor, screenwriter, and television director. He is also a lecturer in Screen and Media Studies at the University of New England in Australia. Fitz-Gerald has appeared in various film and television productions throughout his career. Some of his notable roles include Lt. George Witton in 'Breaker Morant' (1980), Tom Lloyd in 'The Last Outlaw' (1980), and Alan Marshall / Narrator in 'I Can Jump Puddles' (1981). He also portrayed David 'Gibbo' Gibson in the TV series 'The Flying Doctors' (1985-1986) and Tony in the TV mini-series 'The Shiralee' (1987). Fitz-Gerald has contributed to the Australian entertainment industry both in front of and behind the camera.
