Lewis Tan

Lewis Singwah Tan (born 4 February 1987) is an English actor and martial artist. He is known for his roles on television, including Gaius Chau in the AMC series Into the Badlands (2018–2019), Lu Xin Lee in the Netflix series Wu Assassins (2019), and Tolya in Shadow and Bone (2023). In film, he portrayed Shatterstar in Deadpool 2 (2018) and Cole Young in Mortal Kombat (2021). Tan was born in Salford, Greater Manchester, and is the eldest of four sons. His father, Philip Tan, is a Chinese Singaporean martial artist and actor, and his mother, Joanne Cassidy, is a retired British fashion model. Tan's martial arts training began at a young age under the guidance of his father. He has also lived in Los Angeles, China, France, and Spain.
