Liliana Mele
Liliana Mele is an Italian-Ethiopian actress and model born in Gondar, Ethiopia in 1984. She moved to Italy at the age of six and later returned to Ethiopia with her family at fourteen. Mele attended the Airbag third millennium theatre workshop of the Italian cultural institute for three years. In 2000, she won the pre-selection of Miss Italia nel Mondo, earning the title of Miss Ethiopia. This allowed her to compete in the final competition in Italy, where she placed fourth. Mele made her film debut in 2004 in Carlo Verdone's Love Is Eternal While It Lasts. She also appeared in television series Gente di mare and Roma.
