Linda Marlowe

Linda Marlowe is an Australian-born British film, theatre, and television actress. She is well-known for her association with Steven Berkoff, having performed in many of his theatrical works and creating a one-woman show called Berkoff's Women based on his female characters. Marlowe has been referred to as Berkoff's 'muse' by several critics. Her notable television roles include appearances in The Saint (1968), She's Out (1995), and a recurring role as Sylvie Carter in EastEnders (2014-2017). In film, she has appeared in Impact (1963), Manifesto (1988), The House of Mirth (2000), Hellraiser: Deader (2005), and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (2011). Marlowe was born on July 26, 1940, in Sydney, Australia, and later moved to the United Kingdom. She attended the Central School of Speech and Drama.
