Lindsay Mendez Biography
Lindsay Mendez is an American actress and singer, known for her work in American musical theatre. She won the 2018 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance in the Broadway revival of Carousel. Mendez has also appeared in other Broadway productions such as Wicked, Godspell, and Grease. She currently co-stars on the CBS drama series All Rise as court stenographer Sara Castillo. Born in Norwalk, California, Mendez is of Mexican and Russian Jewish descent. In addition to her stage work, she has appeared in productions such as A Little More Alive, The Marvelous Wonderettes, and Dogfight. Mendez has also played roles in film and television.
