    Lisa Brescia Biography
    Lisa Brescia (born May 12, 1970) is an American musical theatre actress known for her roles in various Broadway shows. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Brescia pursued acting and graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She has performed as both a lead and understudy in several productions. Brescia has portrayed characters such as Heidi Hansen in Dear Evan Hansen and Amneris in Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida, both on Broadway and in touring productions. Additionally, she has taught acting courses at Missouri State University and is currently set to head the Musical Theatre department at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
