Dergan's career extends beyond Playboy, particularly in the field of sportscasting. She made her breakthrough in 2001, co-hosting a sports show with Jim Hill at KCBS in Los Angeles. In 2002, she joined Fox Sports Net where she conducted interviews with notable figures like Tiger Woods, John Elway, and Chuck Liddell, and reported from events like the Super Bowl, the Kentucky Derby, and the U.S. Open golf tournament.
