Lisa Riley

Lisa Jane Riley (born July 13, 1976) is an English actress, comedian, and television presenter. She is best known for her role as Mandy Dingle in the long-running ITV soap opera Emmerdale, which she portrayed from 1995 to 2001 and again from 2019 onwards. Riley also served as the presenter of You've Been Framed! from 1998 to 2002, taking over from Jeremy Beadle. In addition, she appeared as a contestant on the tenth series of Strictly Come Dancing and as a panellist on the ITV daytime series Loose Women. Riley began her acting journey at the Oldham Theatre Workshop at the age of nine and later signed with an agent. She made early appearances in Coronation Street, Brookside, and Butterfly Kiss under the direction of Michael Winterbottom.
