Lise Simms

Lise Simms is an American actress, singer, designer, and dancer. Born on March 17, 1963, in Pueblo, Colorado, she began her acting career at the age of 13. Simms has appeared on Broadway in various plays, including Other People's Money, Mame, Can-Can, Sweet Charity, and Bye Bye Birdie. She was also a member of the original Los Angeles cast of Beauty and the Beast and toured worldwide with A Chorus Line in 1986. Simms is known for her recurring role on the television show Sunset Beach and her portrayal of Barbara Diffy, Phil's mom, in the Disney Channel series Phil of the Future. Additionally, she hosted Style Network's Area and played The Timekeeper in the Phil of the Future episode 'It's a Wonder-Phil Life.'
