Lita Baron

Lita Baron (born Isabel Castro; August 11, 1923 – December 16, 2015) was a Spanish-born American actress and singer who appeared in movies and television shows for over 30 years. She started her career as a singer and dancer with Xavier Cugat's orchestra and had her own act in nightclubs in Hollywood. From 1944 onwards, she appeared in various Hollywood films and TV series, with her last screen role in the 1979 film Bitter Heritage. Apart from her acting career, Baron also worked in radio and real estate. She was married to Hollywood actor Rory Calhoun from 1948 to 1970 and had three daughters with him.
