Loanne Bishop Biography
Loanne Bishop (born November 10, 1955) is an American actress known for her work in film and television. Raised in Denver, Colorado, Bishop attended Denver University and later transferred to the University of Colorado, where she studied German. In 1978, she moved to Los Angeles and worked as a singing waitress before landing her first leading role in the independent film The Wisdom Barrier. Bishop has appeared in TV shows such as Kate Loves a Mystery, Barnaby Jones, and the daytime soap opera General Hospital, where she portrayed the character of Rose Kelly from 1980 to 1984. Her performance earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 1984.
