Arens made his debut in the film Riding in Cars with Boys, playing the character of Jason at the age of 3. He gained recognition for providing the voice of Littlefoot in The Land Before Time XIII: The Wisdom of Friends. Additionally, he played the roles of Jeremy in The Education of Max Bickford and Chris in My Wife and Kids.
