Lolo Jones, born Lori Susan Jones on August 5, 1982, is an accomplished American athlete known for her expertise in hurdling and bobsledding. During her time at Louisiana State University, she secured three NCAA titles and received 11 All-American honors. Jones excelled in the 60-meter and 100-meter hurdles, winning indoor national titles in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Additionally, she clinched gold medals at the World Indoor Championship in 2008 and 2010. Despite a stumble at the penultimate hurdle, Jones triumphed at the 2008 World Athletics Final, earning a gold medal. She held the American record in the 60-meter hurdles until 2018. Jones also thrives as a brakewoman on the U.S. national bobsled team, contributing to their victory at the 2021 IBSF World Championships alongside Kaillie Humphries.
