Loretta Ables Sayre is an American actress and singer known for her performances in jazz standards. Born in Stockton, California, she has Filipino and mixed Asian-European heritage. Ables Sayre began her career in luxury hotels in Hawaii, where she sang for three decades. She made her Broadway debut in 2007 as Bloody Mary in South Pacific, earning a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actress in a Musical and winning the 2008 Theatre World Award. Alongside her musical endeavors, she also appeared in various television shows, musicals, and commercials.
