Lou Doillon

Lou Doillon (born 4 September 1982) is a British and French singer, actress, and model. She began her career as a model and later transitioned into acting and music. Notable film credits include Bad Company (1999) and Gigola (2010). In 2012, Doillon released her critically acclaimed and commercially successful debut album, Places, which combines folk and indie rock elements. Born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, she is the daughter of French director Jacques Doillon and English actress/singer Jane Birkin. Doillon comes from a creative family, with siblings including Kate Barry, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Lola Doillon, Lili Doillon, and Lily Doillon.
