Lou Veloso

Lou Veloso, born Luciano 'Lou' Mariñas Veloso on January 7, 1948, is a Filipino actor, comedian, director, and politician. With a career spanning several decades, Veloso is renowned for his supporting roles in over 30 comedy films, including 'Mga Kwento ni Lola Basyang' (1985), 'Pulis Patola' (1993), 'Ang Cute ng Ina Mo' (2007), and 'Desperadas 2' (2008). He has also appeared in other films such as 'Kabayo Kids' (1990), 'Buddy en Sol (Sine Ito!)' (1992), and 'M & M: The Incredible Twins' (1989). Veloso made his debut in the film 'Working Girls' in 1984 and has since appeared in various educational TV programs like 'Batibot' and 'K-High'. He is also the founder and director of the musical stage play 'Martir sa Golgota'.
