Lou Wagner
Lou Wagner (born August 14, 1940) is an American actor known for his roles in film and television. He began his acting career as a teenager and appeared in multiple episodes of Jack Webb's revival series, Dragnet 1967, as well as the successful film Airport, where he played the role of young passenger Schuyler Schultz. Wagner gained recognition for his portrayal of the rebellious chimpanzee Lucius in the original 1968 film, Planet of the Apes. He also achieved fame for his series regular role as mechanic Harlan Arliss in the NBC television series CHiPs from 1978 to 1983. As of 2018, Wagner is one of the last surviving principal cast members of Planet of the Apes.
