Louise Minchin
Louise Minchin (born September 8, 1968) is a British television presenter, journalist, and former news presenter. She began her career as a freelance presenter within the BBC and gained prominence as a regular anchor on the BBC One programme Breakfast from 2012. Over the years, she co-hosted the show with various colleagues, including Bill Turnbull, Charlie Stayt, and Dan Walker. Minchin announced her departure from BBC Breakfast in June 2021 after presenting the show for 20 years. In addition to her work on Breakfast, she co-hosted Real Rescues from 2009 to 2012 and has made several guest appearances on The One Show. Minchin was born in British Hong Kong and attended St Mary's School, Ascot. She holds a degree in Spanish.
