Lucas Elliot Eberl, born on March 29, 1986, is an American actor and director. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Birn in the 2001 film Planet of the Apes and for his film Choose Connor. In 2008, Eberl was listed as one of the '10 Young Americans to Watch' by MovieMaker Magazine. Eberl started his filmmaking career at the age of 10, creating documentaries for the local TV station and winning multiple awards. He wrote and directed the acclaimed film Incest, which received the Audience Choice Award at the international First Look Student Film Festival. Eberl has also directed various short films showcased at film festivals worldwide. Currently, he is working on his second feature film, You Above All.
