Luciane Buchanan

Luciane Buchanan (born 18 July 1993) is a New Zealand actress known for her starring role in the Netflix action thriller series The Night Agent. She has also appeared as Tripitaka (Tang Sanzang) in The New Legends of Monkey, Kennedy Truebridge in Filthy Rich, and Cherie, Billy T's daughter, in Billy. Buchanan, of Tongan and Scottish descent, was born and raised in Auckland. She honed her acting skills at the Auckland Performing Arts Centre (TAPAC), studying under Miranda Harcourt. In 2017, she graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology.
