Lucille Bliss

Lucille Theresa Bliss (March 31, 1916 – November 8, 2012) was an American actress known for her versatile voice acting career. Born in New York City, Bliss gained recognition in the Bay Area and Hollywood as the 'Girl With a Thousand Voices.' She lent her voice to numerous television characters, including Crusader Rabbit in the first made-for-television cartoon, Smurfette in the 1980s cartoon The Smurfs, and Ms. Bitters in the Nickelodeon series Invader Zim. Bliss also showcased her talent as a voice actress in feature films. Additionally, she had a presence in old-time radio, appearing in shows like Pat Novak, for Hire and Candy Matson. Bliss made her mark on the entertainment industry with her diverse and memorable voice performances.
