Lucy Deakins Biography
Lucy Deakins is an American attorney and former actress. She is best known for her roles as Milly in The Boy Who Could Fly and Lily Walsh on As the World Turns. Born in New York City on December 18, 1971, Deakins is the daughter of Alice and Roger Deakins, both professors. She attended Stuyvesant High School before enrolling at Harvard University in 1988. After graduating in 1994 with a degree in comparative religion, she took time off from acting to backpack across Europe. In 2007, Deakins graduated from the University of Washington School of Law and is now a practicing attorney in Denver, Colorado. She specializes in energy law and is a partner in the law firm Dunsing, Deakins & Galera.
