Luise Heyer

Luise Heyer (born March 25, 1985) is a German actress known for her versatile performances in films and television. She grew up in Berlin and spent a year in Denmark during her school years. Heyer studied acting at Rostock University of Music and Theatre from 2006 to 2010. She then joined the Dortmund Theatre and was voted best actress in the 2012 season. Heyer gained recognition for her leading role in the film Westwind (2011) and later appeared in Edward Berger's Jack (2014) and Rosa von Praunheim's Tough Love (2015). In 2016, she starred in the film Fado and since 2017, she has been seen in the popular Netflix series Dark as Doris Tiedemann.
