Luke Baines

Luke Baines is an English-born Australian actor known for his work in both film and television. He gained recognition for his role as a serial killer in the 2015 film The Girl in the Photographs, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Baines also made a major breakthrough in television, portraying Jonathan Morgenstern in the popular series Shadowhunters. Born in Hyde, Greater Manchester, England, Baines grew up in Cronulla, Sydney, where he began acting lessons at a young age. He attended The McDonald College of Performing Arts, where he studied drama, music, and dance. Baines also showcased his talent in the West End production of Spring Awakening.
