Luke Timothy Grimes is an American actor and musician. He was born on January 21, 1984, in Dayton, Ohio. Grimes is known for his role as Navy SEAL Marc Alan Lee in the acclaimed film American Sniper. He also played Elliot Grey, Christian Grey's brother, in the Fifty Shades of Grey film series. Currently, he stars in the drama series Yellowstone which premiered in 2018. Grimes graduated from Dayton Christian High School in 2002 and then moved to New York City to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He has appeared in various films and TV shows, including All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, War Eagle, Arkansas, Assassination of a High School President, and the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters.
