Lukita Maxwell

Lukita Maxwell (born October 27, 2001) is an Indonesian-born American actress known for her roles in the HBO Max series Generation (2021) and the Apple TV+ series Shrinking (2023). She also appeared in the film The Young Wife (2023). Maxwell was born in Jakarta to a Chinese-Indonesian mother and an American father. She spent her early childhood in Bali before moving to St. George, Utah. Homeschooled, Maxwell developed an interest in acting through reading Shakespeare and participating in local Shakespeare Festivals. While studying architecture at the Pratt Institute, she was cast in Generation. In September 2019, Maxwell was cast as a series regular in Generation, which aired in 2021 and was later canceled. She has since been cast as a series regular in Shrinking.
