Collins has also made a mark in the film industry with notable performances in movies like X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and John Carter (2012). Born in College Station, Texas, Collins has English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry. She spent her formative years in Singapore and attended Singapore American School. Collins later graduated from the Juilliard School's Drama Division.
