Mac DeMarco

Mac DeMarco, born as Vernor Winfield MacBriare Smith IV on April 30, 1990, is a Canadian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Known for his unique style of music, which can be described as 'blue wave' or 'slacker rock,' DeMarco has released five full-length studio albums, including 2 (2012), Salad Days (2014), This Old Dog (2017), Here Comes the Cowboy (2019), and Five Easy Hot Dogs (2023). He has also released mini-albums such as Rock and Roll Night Club (2012) and Another One (2015). DeMarco was born in Duncan, British Columbia, and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, with a family background in politics and law.
