Madison Bailey is an American actress and model known for her role as Kiara 'Kie' Carrera on the Netflix teen drama series Outer Banks. Born in Kernersville, North Carolina, Bailey began her professional acting career in 2015 with TV series such as Mr. Mercedes and Constantine. In 2018, she joined the cast of the CW science fiction TV series Black Lightning, playing the role of Wendy Hernandez. Bailey transitioned from a singing career to acting and modeling at the age of 15.
