Mads Mikkelsen

Mads Dittmann Mikkelsen is a Danish actor, gymnast, and dancer, born on November 22, 1965. He gained prominence in Denmark for his roles in the Pusher film trilogy, the TV series Rejseholdet, and films like Open Hearts, The Green Butchers, Adam's Apples, and After the Wedding. Mikkelsen became internationally recognized for his portrayal of the main antagonist, Le Chiffre, in the James Bond film Casino Royale. He has also played notable characters such as Igor Stravinsky in Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky, Johann Friedrich Struensee in A Royal Affair, and Lucas in The Hunt, for which he won the Best Actor Award at the Cannes Film Festival. Mikkelsen is also acclaimed for his portrayal of Dr. Hannibal Lecter in the TV series Hannibal, Kaecilius in Marvel's Doctor Strange, and Galen Erso in Rogue One.
