Manoel Felciano (born November 12, 1970) is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. He received a humanities degree from Yale University and attended the Graduate Acting Program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Felciano joined the American Conservatory Theater's core acting program in 2009 and has performed in various productions, including Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo and Tom Stoppard's Rock 'n' Roll. He is best known for his role as Tobias Ragg in the 2005 Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, where he played multiple instruments. Felciano has also appeared in productions such as Sunday in the Park with George and Three Sisters.
