Manoj Bajpayee

Manoj Bajpayee (born 23 April 1969) is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi cinema as well as Telugu and Tamil language films. He has received numerous accolades, including three National Film Awards, six Filmfare Awards, and two Asia Pacific Screen Awards. Bajpayee, widely regarded as one of the finest actors in Bollywood, was honored with India's Padma Shri in 2019. Born in Belwa, Bihar, Bajpayee had a passion for acting from a young age. After facing rejection four times from the National School of Drama, he pursued theater while in college. He made his film debut in 1994 and gained recognition for his portrayal of a gangster in Ram Gopal Varma's Satya.
