Marc Alaimo (born May 5, 1942) is an American actor known for his villainous roles. He gained recognition for his recurring role as Gul Dukat in the TV series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Alaimo started his acting career in the 1960s, performing in various classical and contemporary theater productions, including Shakespeare plays and world premiere productions. In 1973, he moved to Los Angeles and began appearing in television shows, often portraying villains. Some of his notable TV appearances include The Doctors, Kojak, Gunsmoke, Baretta, The Six Million Dollar Man, The Bionic Woman, Starsky & Hutch, Knight Rider, and Quincy.
