Marcello Hernández

Marcello Hernandez (born August 19, 1997) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He gained recognition as a featured player on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, joining the cast before the start of the show's 48th season in 2022. Born in Miami, Florida, Hernandez attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and graduated from John Carroll University in 2019 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Communication. He is of Cuban and Dominican descent. Hernandez moved to New York City in 2019 to pursue his stand-up career and was selected as Just for Laughs New Face of Comedy in 2022. He has also gained popularity through his comedy and short-form pieces on social media platforms like TikTok.
