Margaret Daly (born 26 January 1938) is a British Conservative Party politician known for her tenure in the European Parliament from 1984 to 1994, representing Somerset and West Dorset. Born as the older of twins, with her brother Robert, Daly attended Methodist College Belfast. During her time in the European Parliament, she served on various committees including Women's Rights, Economic & Monetary Affairs, Industrial Policy, and Development. Following her term, Daly made an unsuccessful attempt to be selected for the 1999 European Parliament election in the United Kingdom. She has contributed significantly to the field of politics.
