Margo Cathleen Harshman (born March 4, 1986) is an American actress known for her roles in popular television shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Tawny Dean in the Disney Channel sitcom Even Stevens. Harshman also appeared as Alex Jensen in the hit series The Big Bang Theory and as Delilah Fielding-McGee in NCIS. Born in San Diego, California, to Janelle and David, Harshman comes from a family with a sports background, including former baseball pitcher Jack Harshman and basketball coach Marv Harshman. She grew up in San Diego County and later moved to Orange County, where she completed her education at Hewes Middle School and Foothill High School. Harshman's acting career began at a young age, with her grandmother entering her in a beauty pageant when she was just two years old.
