Mari Gorman

Mari Gorman is an American actress known for her work in television and theater. She gained recognition as a frequent guest star on the sitcom Barney Miller during the 1970s and 1980s. In addition to her successful television career, Gorman has also received acclaim for her theater acting. She has been honored with two Obie Awards for her performances in Walking to Waldheim, The Memorandum, and The Hot L Baltimore. Gorman is also a published author, with her book Strokes of Existence: The Connection of All Things exploring the relationship between acting and Shakespeare's words.
