Maria-Elena Laas

Maria-Elena Laas is a Puerto Rican–born American actress, best known for her role as Cruz in the TV show 'Vida' (2018). Born on November 28, 1983, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was raised in Saudi Arabia and Japan. Laas began her modeling career at the age of 13 and has appeared in numerous international commercials and advertising campaigns. She has worked with brands such as Garnier, Mango, Miller Lite, Carlsberg, Coors Lite, Budweiser, Ford, and Target. Laas made her on-screen debut in the crime drama series 'Pacific Blue' and has since appeared in various TV shows and films, including 'Grounded for Life,' 'The Hot Chick,' and 'Suffering Man's Charity.'
