Maria Pitillo Biography
Maria Pitillo is an American retired actress. Born on January 8, 1966, in Elmira, New York, she grew up in Mahwah, New Jersey. Pitillo gained fame for her role as Audrey Timmonds in the 1998 film Godzilla. She also had a recurring role on the TV series Providence. Before her acting career, Pitillo worked as a department store clerk in suburban New Jersey. Her first job in the entertainment industry was a TV commercial for Pepto Bismol. She went on to appear in commercials for various brands including Bank of Boston, York Peppermint Pattie, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Chic Jeans. Pitillo attended Mahwah High School and Northern Highlands Regional High School.
