Maria Sten

Maria Sten is a Danish actress, writer, and filmmaker known for her diverse background with Danish, Swedish, and Congolese roots. She gained recognition after being crowned Miss Denmark Universe in 2008. Sten's acting career includes notable roles such as Jillian Hope Hodgson in the fourth season of the television show Channel Zero: The Dream Door and Liz Tremayne in the DC Universe series Swamp Thing. Additionally, she has showcased her talents behind the camera, having written two episodes of David E. Kelley's series Big Sky and written, directed, and produced the short film Wild Things Run Free. Sten's accomplishments earned her a spot on the Tracking Board's Young & Hungry List in 2018. In 2022, she starred as Frances Neagley in the Amazon Prime Video series Reacher.
